As soon as
we receive the documents, your documents will be sent
for verification to see if the student is eligible to
join the University. Once found eligible and the
certificates verified, the student will be sent an
Admission letter from the University stating that he/she
is admitted in the University.
The student
will have to send of the admission and Visa charges.
After
receiving the charges, the visa will be applied at the
Ministry of foreign affairs. It
could take around 20 - 30 days for the issuing of the
visa (Invitation). A scanned copy of the Visa
(Invitation) will be sent to the students email address
as soon as we get it. Now the student will have to pay
the Service charges. Then it will be sent to the address
provided by the student by DHL Postal service.
The student
after receiving it will have to go to the Russian
Embassy in his/her country and get the visa sealed in
his/her passport.
The student
can then buy the flight tickets and reach Russia. We
will be there at the Airport to receive the student and
take them to the appropriate hostels and take care of
their initial needs. The students are requested always
to have contact with us, and not to forget to give the
flight details before leaving to Russia.

The student
will have to bring his/her school certificates to
Russia, as the originals will have to be handed to the
University before entering the classes.
The
students need not bring the college and hostel fees by
hand, when they come to Russia, as it involves high
risks. The student will be helped to open a bank account
in Russia, as soon as he/she comes to Russia. The
parents/guardian can then send the fees to the student's
account and the student can pay the fees directly to the
University.
