Airline Rules:
Airlines allow a maximum of 30 Kilograms for checked in luggage and 5 Kilograms for hand luggage (Please do verify the luggage allowance once again with your travel agency). Anything over and above would have to be paid by the student as per the applicable rate for excess luggage. Failure to pay the same in departure country may result in a penalty at the Russian airport.
